Yadda Ipsum is a parody of traditional lorem ipsum. It keeps the rhythm and sentence structure of the original Latin — the sed's, the ut's, the quis nostrud's — but swaps the content words for English nonsense. The result passes the squint test in any mockup but falls apart the second someone actually reads it, which is exactly what placeholder text is supposed to do.
